🕒 Order Cancellation Before Shipping

• You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, or before your item is shipped, whichever comes first.

• To cancel, contact our support team via email at reachteckily@gmail.com  with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

• If your request is approved and the item hasn’t shipped, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

🚚 Order Already Shipped?

• Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

• However, you can initiate a return request once the product is delivered. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

💳 Refund Timelines

• Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 7 business days.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation and refund have been initiated.
