1. Eligibility for Return ✅

We want you to love what you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your Ecoteck Touch Display Earbuds, you may return them under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and freebies must be included.


2. Non-Returnable Items 🚫

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used earbuds or products showing signs of wear.

  • Items purchased on final sale or marked “non-returnable.”

  • Customized or promotional bundles (unless defective).


3. How to Initiate a Return 📬

To start your return, please email our support team at reachteckily@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable) We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a shipping label if your return qualifies.


4. Refunds 💰

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you received a faulty Ecoteck Earbud:

  • We’ll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Exchanges 🔁

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different model or variant, please return your item as per the policy and place a new order.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns 🚚

  • Return shipping costs are covered for defective or damaged items.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
